You will be fully clothed, but will be asked to wear clothing that is comfortable.  Loose fitting clothing without collars, and  in the summer months to bring a pair of socks.
Please let me know when you make your appointment if lying on your tummy will be an issue.  Treatments can be carried out on your side if necessary.  A stool will be provided should you need one to access the therapy  bed.
The initial cost which includes a full body assessment of movements together with a  physical scan of your spine will be £40 for a 40 minute session.  We will discuss any issues that arise and arrange for a treatment session.  This session will be £25 for 40 minutes. 
As with all of  the therapies on offer, this is not a quick fix, and consideration needs to be given to committing to several regular sessios.
